We recommend conducting an inspection of your received products immediately upon delivery, preferably at the reception area if applicable. Any issues such as missing items, defects, or faults should be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery. Timely reporting allows us to swiftly address and rectify any concerns, ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Processing time:
We process all orders within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched on the same day.
However, delivery times from the UK to various international shipping addresses may vary.
For UK deliveries: We ship all standard parcels by Royal Mail 48 Signed & Tracked service. Royal Mail aims to deliver the order within 2-3 working days.
Services may take longer during bank holiday periods and sale periods.
Europe Deliveries:
Customs Duty & Taxes for European Union Customers:
For orders shipped to European Union, all duties and taxes will be paid for by SIRRI.
Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands:
Estimated delivery time: 4 up to 7 working days.
Spain, Italy, Portugal:
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 working days.
Estimated Delivery Time for the rest of the world can take up to 8-12 business days.
We also offer express service (1-3 days) for some countries.
Deliveries during public holidays may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control. If your parcel is stopped by customs this will show in the tracking information.
If you are required to pay import taxes, duties, or customs fees you will be contacted by your customs office for payment.
United States Deliveries:
Orders valued over 100£ will be shipped by DHL or UPS Express (The estimated delivery time to the US is within 1 - 4 working days).
Orders valued at less than 40£ will be shipped by International standard service (The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 working days).
Customs Duty & Taxes: For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and taxes will be paid for by SIRRI.

Returns Procedure
For International Customers: We proudly offer 15 convenient
return addresses worldwide. Choose the one closest to you. We only process
returns for refunds internationally. Should you require a different size or
color, kindly return the initial item for a refund and then place a new order.
When returning an item from outside your country, ensure the parcel is labeled as "returned unwanted purchase" to circumvent
potential import taxes.

For UK Customers: Sirri offers FREE Royal Mail tracked returns for items valued above $25. If the item value is below $25 and you utilize our tracked return service, a deduction of $4 will be made from the refund amount as a return postage fee.
General Return Guidelines:
Items should be returned in their original, resalable
condition. We won't accept items that have been worn or washed for exchange or
refund.
We do not entertain mixing and matching suit articles. Our
suits are sold as complete sets. Substituting articles from a set renders the
original set unsellable, thereby making exchanges/refunds for such items
unfeasible.
Refund Policy: The primary postage charge is
non-refundable. However, purchases that initially included free postage will be
wholly refunded.
Additional Information:
Kindly allot up to 7 days from the day we receive your
return for its processing. If you're in dire need of an exchange, we suggest
making a new order and then returning the original item for a refund.
Any returns or exchanges post the 30-day window will incur a 20% restocking fee.
The original postage charge is non-refundable. If your purchase is with free postage, you will be refunded in full.
